                                           Register Early!

        **To ensure you receive your class materials prior to the first      class, please register at least 7-10 days before the course begins.      Registrations made within a week or less of the start date may                  result in you not receiving the materials in time.**

              Class Registration Process
                       
​                    Follow these steps to register for a class

A. Complete both of the required forms below:

1. HypnoBirthing Class Registration Form (Required)
2. HypnoBirthing Course Enrollment Agreement Form (Required)

HypnoBirthing Provider Notification Consent Form

B.Submit payment by clicking on one of the options in the "Payment Options" section below. 

C. You will receive a welcome email with class details, your Zoom link, and confirmation of your materials shipment after all forms and payment are recceived. 

            Class materials will be shipped directly to your home.

Payment for Group Classes:

$525.00 for 5 group classes
(Payment plan options available at checkout)


$472.50 (10% discount) if you refer a friend and your friend registers and pays for the course.

​Payment Policies:

*You can pay for the course in full at the time of registration or payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. A $100 minimum non-refundable deposit is required to register. 

*If you pay in full, a $100 non-refundable deposit is already included in the price of the class. 

Class Make-up Policy:

* In the event of illness or a planned  absence, you are welcome to join another class free of charge (if there is another class being offered.)

* If you are unable to attend another class or another class is not being offered, then classes can be made up privately for an additional fee. ​


​Refund Policy:

Partial Refunds: You can receive a partial refund (minus the $100 for the deposit) if you cancel in writing at least three weeks prior to the class starting. Once you have already received class materials then there are no partial refunds. 

Exceptional Circumstances: If your baby arrives before the class begins, or if in very rare circumstances, Jennifer needs to cancel the class then a full refund will be issued. These are the only two reasons a full refund will be issued. ​
