What Is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an effective and powerful technique used to help people overcome limiting beliefs and behaviors. Hypnosis involves deep relaxation. Some people even call hypnosis a "massage of the mind." During hypnosis, people are more open to helpful suggestions since they are deeply relaxed. As a result, it can be used to enhance or diminish certain patters of thinking, feeling, and and behaving.
