Class Registration Process
Follow these steps to register for a class
1. Complete both of the required forms below:

B.HypnoBirthing Course Enrollment Agreement Form (Required)

HypnoBirthing Provider Notification Consent Form
2.Submit payment by clicking on one of the options in the "Payment Options" section below.
3. You will receive a welcome email with class details, your Zoom link, and confirmation of your materials shipment after all forms and payment are recceived.
Class materials will be shipped directly to your home within one week after registering. Get ready for an amazing experience! 💕

Payment for Group Classes:
$500.00 for five 2.5-3 hour group classes!

This payment covers the full cost of five online Zoom classes, each lasting 2.5 to 3 hours, and includes a non-refundable $100 deposit.
Included in your registration is:
1. The official HypnoBirthing – Mongan Method® book, workbook, and the Rainbow Relaxation drop card from the HypnoBirthing Institute (which will be mailed to your homeby the Institute.)
2. A classroom kit filled with materials and keepsakes for each class. The kits are designed to make learning fun and to help you create your own birthing toolkit and lasting memories (kits will be mailed by Love-Centered Birth HypnoBirthing!
All of the materials included in the classroom kit are unique and exclusive to the classes taught by Love-Centered Birth HypnoBirthing. You won't have the same online classroom experience anywhere else!
Your materials will be shipped directly to your home—please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Payment Policies:
You can choose to pay for the course in full at the time of registration or select a payment plan at checkout. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Class Make-up Policy:
If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or a planned absence, you may join another session at no additional cost, provided another class is available.
If no other class is available or you are unable to attend a different session, you have the option to schedule a private makeup class for an additional fee.
Refund Policy:
Partial Refunds: You can receive a partial refund (minus the $100 for the deposit) if you cancel in writing at least three weeks prior to the class starting. Once you have already received class materials then there are no partial refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances: If your baby arrives before the class begins, or if in very rare circumstances, Jennifer needs to cancel the class then a full refund will be issued. These are the only two reasons a full refund will be issued.
