HypnoBirthing® Class Rates/Policies

 
​                                                  Course Fees: 

• ​$500 per couple for five 2.5-3 hour classes.
• $650 for five private/individual classes.
• $75 per hour for individual make-up classes.

   Get a $10% discount when you refer a friend who                    registers and pays for a class. 

         
                                       Registration Includes:

The official HypnoBirthing - Mongan Method® book, workbook, and the Rainbow Relaxation drop card. 

Online Classroom Accessory Kit- to enhance the online classroom experience. 

Optional 1 hour "Class Reunion"-3 months after your baby is born, reunite with your classmates for extra support and to share your experiences as new parents (and show off your adorable babies!)                                                            
         
        All materials are shipped to your home within 7-10 days of                     registration and payment. Register early to
                              receive all materials on time!

                                                           
                                         Additional Services:

                            Refresher Classes

• HypnoBirthing Refresher - 1 day 3 hour group session $100 
• HypnoBirthing Refresher - 2 day 6 hour group session $200

• HypnoBirthing Refresher - 1 day 3 hour private session $250
• HypnoBirthing Refresher - 2 day 5 hour private session: $375

               
​            Private HypnoBirthing® Hypnosis Sessions:
          

• Hypnosis Sessions-Fear release, stress, confidence and more: Cost: $175 per hour

                             Mental Health Counseling

                                   Payment Policies:

• You can pay in full at the time of registration or payment plans can be arranged at check-out. 
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is included in the price of the class. 
• Insurance reimbursement forms will be provided for your convenience to submit to your insurance company. (There is no  guarantee that your insurance company will provide reimbursement.)
• Payments are made via credit card only (HSA and Flex-Spending cards are usually accepted.)

                                     Make-up Policy:

• In the event of illness or a planned  absence, you are welcome to join another class free of charge (if there is another class being offered.)
• If you are unable to attend another class or another class is not being offered, then classes can be made up privately for an additional fee.

                                      Refund Policy:

Exceptional Circumstances: If your baby arrives before the class begins, or if under unusual circumstances, Jennifer needs to cancel the class then a full refund will be issued. These are the only two reasons a full refund will be issued. 

Partial Refunds: You can receive a partial refund (minus the $100 for the deposit) if you cancel at least three weeks prior to the class starting. Once you have already received class materials then there are no partial refunds.
